Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew at the selected duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Note that you cannot cancel your current subscription during an active subscription period, but you can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
